Haiti Earthquake After three months and nearly 700 volunteers, there is still much to do in Haiti. Teams are continuing to work with local Haitian pastors and churches to respond to the great needs of their communities. We watched a show on PBS last night. We are speechless as to what we saw. The first set of buckets are on there way across the water to Haiti. Pray they make it through customs with no problem and to the people in need. The SBC has collected over 136,000 buckets and they have only counted a few states in that total. We look forward to hearing the final count.

We received word this morning that the US babies are through immigration and starting a new life with their adoptive families. Please pray earnestly for all these families. Fort Jacques is the area where the new orphanage is going to be built. They have some flower beds next to the Depot where there is a big stump and lots of rocks so the family and Timothy (a volunteer) went up to the property and worked for the day. We recieved this from an email friend. This is the same slum where our daughter and her mom lived.
