We received word this morning that the US babies are through immigration and starting a new life with their adoptive families. Please pray earnestly for all these families. International adoption is stressful enough when it works like it is suppose to but add in all the paperwork and fighting these families had to do to make this happen and the stress is heightened even more. We are sure there are more emotions on all sides then probably any of them know what to do with. We can only imagine!
Over the last week somewhere around 101 children have left GLA. We believe that only the French and Canadian children are left. This leaves such a big hole in the hearts of the staff and nannies. It will be good that they are able to bring more children in and care for new orphans but we know that their heart is aching. Pray for GLA to have wisdom and strength over the next several weeks as they have people come to their gate and as their hearts heal.
