We are home and have had a chance to get some additional information. There are several ways the orphanage has been impacted. There are 4 nannies that GLA has not heard from and several nannies who have had word of loved ones who have passed on. One of the kitchen ladies that Margie and Cece worked with in July has been unable to get in touch with her children. Molly, one of the long term volunteers, has a brother in Port-au-Prince who works for the US Consulate. He is helping with rescue efforts.

- Wisdom and strength for all the aid workers
- Governments to allow children being adopted to go to their forever families quicker
- Peace for all the families out side of Haiti who feel helpless
