Creatures and Kids!

We have seen our fair share of creatures in the house this week. Of course we have the stray gecko here and there not that big of a deal but the last few days we have had a frog in our bathroom, a large moth in a guests room, and a second large moth in the living area. It has been fun watching Todd catch them all and dispose of them for us. What a wonderful man!!!

Our mysterious illness seems to be persisting. Three of our five guests have been sick this week. Will it ever end?!? :>)

The kids are enjoying there last week here. We are making sure we do everything one last time.

Our generator broke about a week ago. They have been out multiple times to fix it and still we have no generator. The back up batteries finally gave out a couple nights ago. So we have spent our first days with no electrical. Sometimes EDH (local electrical) works and sometimes not. We can not do laundry with out either EDH or the generator. We started a load of sheets on Monday when we lost power and we finally finished them at 3:30 this morning. The simple things we take for granted are sometimes astronomical here. We are grateful to finally have a load of laundry done but now we have a new load sitting in water waiting for electrical.

We have had many experience this trip and God has walked faithfully with us through it all. It is kind of neat to look at all the large and small things and see Him taking care of it all. The biggest has been Sam's tooth. We are still amazed that it has not gotten infected or hurt him in any way. Needless to say the dentist will probably be our first call when we get home.

We brought the kids chalk...that was messy fun!!!
Is this a bug or our daughter?

Cece's old nanny...Jacklyne!
